You have acknowledged and agreed that if any disputes arise between the personal information you upload and any third party, they are unrelated to the Inspiracle Platform.

I. Special Note
1. This Platform Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") applies to all products and services of the platform.
2. Before using the platform's various products and/or services, please carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this privacy policy. Once you use or continue to use the platform's products/services, it means you agree that we will collect, use, process, and store your information in accordance with this privacy policy.

1. The platform is operated and serviced by Beijing Xinglian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinglian Technology").
2. The basic information of Xinglian Technology is as follows: Beijing Xinglian Technology Co., Ltd., established on May 8, 2023, with a contact number of 010-64781632. The registered address is Room 907, Floor 9, Building 215, No. 33 Guangshun North Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The usual office address is the same as the registered address.
III. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1. The platform collects and uses the information based on laws, regulations, and the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity. The information is actively provided by you during the use of services or generated due to product and/or service needs. If we intend to use your information for purposes not specified in this privacy policy or use collected information for other purposes, we will promptly inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.
2. The types of information we collect and use about you include two categories: The first category is essential information required for the core business functions of our products and/or services. This information is necessary for the normal operation of the products and/or services. You must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally. The second category is additional information required for non-core business functions. You can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, it will lead to the inability to realize additional business functions or achieve the intended effects, but it will not affect your use of core business functions.
3. We need to remind you especially that: our core business functions (including the types of personal information they collect) may vary depending on the content of the products and/or services. The actual provisions of the products and/or services shall prevail. Additionally, you understand and agree that we aim to provide you with complete products and services. Therefore, we will continuously improve our products and services, including technology. This means we may frequently introduce new business functions, which may require collecting new personal information or changing the purpose or method of using personal information. If a function or product/service that requires collecting your personal information is not described in this privacy policy, we will explain the purpose, content, usage method, and scope of the information collection to you through updates to this policy, page prompts, pop-ups, website announcements, or other methods. We will provide you with an option to voluntarily consent, and we will only collect the information after obtaining your explicit consent. If you have any questions during this process, you can contact us through the methods provided in Section Seven of this privacy policy, and we will answer as soon as possible.
4. Generally, we collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:
(1) Account Registration
When you register and log in to the platform account, you need to complete a series of registration procedures according to our guidance. During this process, you need to provide the following information to us: account nickname, phone number, or email address (personal sensitive information, used to receive verification codes to match personal identity). Only by providing true and accurate information above, can you successfully register a platform account and use the core business functions of the product and/or service. If you choose not to provide the above essential information for the realization of the platform's core business functions, it may result in us being unable to provide you with the core business functions.
At the same time, you need to understand that the matching results of phone numbers or email addresses and verification codes belong to your personal sensitive information. Our collection of such information is based on relevant legal requirements. If you refuse to provide it, it may result in you being unable to register an account and use related product functions. Please consider carefully before choosing whether to provide it.
(2) Search
When you use the search function in our products, we need to collect some of your information, including the following: your device information, your log information, including the words or phrases you searched, your browsing history and time, the time and frequency of your searches. We collect this information to quickly match the content you need and the content you may be interested in, and to improve our products and services.
(3) Video Display and Playback
Our products and/or services provide video display and playback services. In this process, we need to collect some of your information, including the following personal information: device model, device name, unique device identifier, browser type and settings, language settings, operating system and application version, login IP address, network connection method, network quality data, mobile network information, product version number, and network log information (such as operation logs, service logs). To collect the above basic personal device information, we will apply for access to your device information. We collect this information to provide you with video display and playback services. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, it may result in you being unable to use our related products and services. Please understand that individual device information, log information, etc.alone cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person or combine it with personal information, then during the combined use period, this non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we have obtained your authorization or unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this type of personal information.
(4) Customer service
When you file a complaint, appeal, or inquiry with the platform, for the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide your account information first and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. At the same time, to facilitate communication with you or help you solve problems, we may also need you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and other contact details (personal sensitive information). Additionally, we will collect your communication information with us (including text/images/audio/video/call records, etc.) and other necessary information related to your needs. We collect this information to investigate the facts and help you solve problems. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely respond to your complaints, appeals, or inquiry results.
(5) Certification Services
We provide identity certification services for individual users on the platform. When you apply for identity authentication on the platform, we need to collect your name, ID number, and relevant identity verification materials (personal sensitive information) to verify your personal identity. After reviewing the authenticity of your personal information, we will mark you with a certification label and provide exclusive services for certified accounts.
(6) Personal Information Indirectly Collected from Third Parties
You understand and acknowledge that we cannot obtain personal information that you provide to external third parties (excluding the platform) or personal information collected by external third parties is not accessible to us, nor will we use unconventional methods (such as malicious intervention with the data of other websites) to obtain your personal information without permission. If the platform truly needs to collect your personal information from third parties (such as sharing) due to business development needs, and if we directly or jointly provide you with products or services with third parties, we (or the third party) will inform you in advance of the source, type, purpose, method, and business function involved in the shared personal information, as well as the scope of authorization and consent (if the usage method and scope exceed the original authorization scope you provided to the third party, we will seek your authorization and consent again). When some of our products or services are provided by third-party business partners or jointly provided with third-party business partners, we may indirectly collect some of your information from certain business partners or collect information related to you provided by others when using our products and/or services.
Our professional security team will strengthen the security of personal information (including sensitive information reporting, sensitive information encryption storage, access control, etc.). We will use protection measures and standards no less stringent than those used for directly obtaining user personal information to protect the indirectly obtained personal information.
(7) For Other Reasonable and Necessary Purposes
As mentioned earlier,if a function or product/service that requires collecting your personal information is not described in this privacy policy, or if we exceed the purpose claimed when collecting your personal information and its directly or reasonably related scope, we will separately inform you of the purpose, type, and usage method of the information through updates to this privacy policy, page prompts, pop-ups, in-site messages, website announcements, or other convenient ways before collecting and using your personal information. b) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
c) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecutions, trials, and execution of judgments, etc.
d) Necessary to protect your or others' significant legal rights and interests, such as life or property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
e) The information collected is publicly disclosed by you or collected from legally public channels (such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.);
f) Necessary to sign and fulfill relevant agreements or other written documents;
g) Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of our products and/or services, such as detecting and handling faults in products and/or services;
h) Other circumstances required by competent authorities, laws, regulations, etc.
IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
1. Sharing
We value the protection of your personal information. Your personal information is an important basis and component for us to provide products you with products and/or services. We only collect and use your personal information within the purposes and scope described in this privacy policy or in accordance with laws and regulations, and we strictly keep it confidential. 3. Public Disclosure
Public disclosure refers to the act of releasing information to society or unspecified individuals. Except for necessary disclosures such as penalty announcements for violations or fraudulent behavior, we will not publicly disclose your personal information. You understand and agree that in the following cases, we do not need to obtain your authorization to collect and use your personal information:
a) Directly related to national security or defense security;
b) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
c) Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and execution of judgments; or required by laws, regulations, administrative authorities, or competent authorities such as public security, procuratorate, and courts;
d) Necessary to protect your or others' significant legal rights and interests, such as life or property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
e) The personal information is publicly disclosed by you or collected from legally public channels (such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.);
f) Necessary to sign and fulfill relevant agreements or other written documents;
g) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
V. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
1. Information Storage
(1) Storage Location: In accordance with laws and regulations, we will only store the personal information collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not have cross-border storage of your personal information or provision of personal information to overseas entities. If it is indeed necessary to transmit data across borders, we will separately inform you (including the purpose of data export, recipient, usage method and scope, usage content, security measures, security risks, etc.) and obtain your authorization and consent. We will ensure that the data receiver has sufficient data protection capabilities to protect your personal information.
(2) Storage period: We will retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to meet the purpose of providing products and services. For example, when you use our registration feature, we need to collect your phone number. During the period you use this feature, we need to continuously store your phone number to provide you with the feature normally and ensure the security of your account and system. In addition, we will retain your relevant information until the necessary period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
(3) After exceeding the above storage period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

Your personal information security is crucial to us. We will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and take reasonable and feasible measures recognized in the industry to protect your personal information. We prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification of information and avoid damage or loss of information.
We use security protection measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, or modification of data, and preventing data damage or loss. 2. Right to Correct/Modify Your Personal Information
If you find that the personal information you provided to us contains errors, is incomplete, or needs updating, you can correct or modify it within our products and/or services.
For some of your personal information, we provide operational settings on the relevant product function pages for you to make corrections or modifications directly.
If you encounter difficulties in exercising these rights or if we are currently unable to provide online self-correction/modification services, after verifying your identity and ensuring that the corrections or modifications do not affect the objectivity and accuracy of the information, you have the right to correct or modify erroneous or incomplete information or, under specific circumstances, especially in cases of data errors, submit a correction or modification request to us through the feedback and error reporting measures we have published, requesting us to correct or modify your data, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. However, for security and identification purposes, you may not be able to modify certain initial registration information submitted during registration.

For some of your personal information, you can also actively delete the information you provide through the function pages of the relevant products and services we provide. Once deleted, we will either delete or anonymize such information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
You can directly request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances, except when it has been anonymized or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations:
(1) When our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) When we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(3) When our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) When you cancel your platform account;
(5) When we terminate our service and operations.
4. Right to Withdraw Authorization for Your Personal Information
You can permanently withdraw all authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account. You understand that after withdrawing your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the personal information processing conducted based on your prior authorization.
5. Right to Cancel Your Account
You can cancel your account by submitting an online application, contacting customer service, or through other methods we have publicly announced. After canceling your account, you will no longer be able to log in or use our products and services with that account; the content, information, data, records, etc. under that account will be deleted or anonymized (except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or required by regulatory authorities, such as retaining your network operation logs for at least six months in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China); once the platform account cancellation is completed, it cannot be restored.

If you still decide to cancel your platform account after careful consideration, you can submit a cancellation request through the relevant function settings pages of our products and/or services or follow the operational instructions.

2. We will reply to you as soon as possible within fifteen working days after receiving your comments and suggestions and verifying your user identity. In addition, you understand and acknowledge that we will not be able to reply to your requests under the following circumstances related to personal information:
(1) Those related to national security or defense security;
(2) Those related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) Those related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;
(4) Those with sufficient evidence indicating your subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(5) Those where responding to your request would cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(6) Those involving trade secrets;
(7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
VIII. How This Policy Is Updated
1. To provide you with better services, we will update the terms of this Privacy Policy based on product updates and relevant legal requirements. These updates constitute part of this Privacy Policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this Privacy Policy.
